Paxum users may add and confirm up to 3 (three) distinct email addresses at any time.

Transfers sent to any verified email address associated with your account will be deposited to your Paxum account balance.

Login to your account, visit the Profile section and enter the new address.

You can upload a document directly inside the interface for compliance review. Please note, in order to remain verified an account must have a valid Proof of Identity and Proof of Address verified.

If you remove a verified address from your Paxum account before a new address is verified then your account status will become Limited until a valid document is provided and approved.

If your name recently changed legally then you can update the name on your Paxum account by uploading the valid documentation proving the legal name change (such as marriage certificate, etc). Name changes are only authorized when there is valid supporting legal documentation.

You can add or delete a verified email address from your account at any time.

Please note you cannot remove the username as it is required to login. If you ever wish to change your username this process can only be initiated through the support ticket center.

You can add or delete your phone number at any time in the PROFILE section of your account.

A verification code will be sent to your phone via SMS to confirm it.

When you login to your account you can review your profile by clicking through to the Profile section of your account.

When you add an email address to your Paxum account you will receive an automated email notification containing a confirmation code.

Follow the directions in the received email to confirm the address to your account.

Add the phone number to your Paxum account and then click Confirm.

A confirmation code will be sent via SMS for you to enter to confirm the mobile phone number.
